Day 1 of our FaMiLy Vacation!

We drove probably a little longer of a way to get to Rock Springs, but saw some beautiful parts of Idaho we wouldn't have seen otherwise! We stopped at a little park in Soda Springs for lunch & had a nice picnic. The kids were able to play while we made lunch, so they ran off some excess energy!

We arrived in Rock Springs after driving about 8+ hours. We all agreed that Rock Springs looked a lot like the OC (Owyhee County) & we weren't too sad we didn't get to stay longer...LOL! Uncle Larry & Aunt Marilyn caught up with us & stayed the night at the KOA just 2 spots down from us.

The Rock Springs KOA did have a nice pool & playground for the kids, so that was nice. Everyone slept good that night!
