A big honor was bestowed on our Haley recently. She was invited to attend a leadership conference that was held in November for all student councils in Idaho. Our school is one of the best student councils in the state, so that was very exciting and an honor for our school. Funny thing is.....Haley is not on the student council, nor does she hold any positions in her class. The teacher & secretary in charge of our student council decided that Haley was someone they wanted to be a part of this & our secretary sponsered Haley to attend the conference.
Haley had a ton of fun & many stories to relate. She said they had some amazing motivational speakers & it really made her want to do more! She is the secretary for our FFA chapter, so she can apply a lot of what she learned to our FFA chapter....What an amazing girl!
We are very proud that Haley is a student the teachers think of including in special things because of her work ethic & spirit! What can I say....we've got a great & busy girl...!!!
