Carvin' pumpkins & roastin' seeds...

It was pretty much the last minute...I guess that's what you'd call carving your pumpkins on Halloween Day. We decided to take our pumpkins up to Granny & Papa Brisbin's so we could carve them since we were going to be there all day & go Trick or Treating in their neighborhood....sooooo.....Papa, Val & the kids got them going. I finished mine...it's the big one Dylan is cheesing by...then I decided to roast the seeds. It's been years since we've done that. I found a great recipe on allrecipies.com and used it. They were mighty tasty!
